By using BookWriters.co services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Description of Services
BookWriters.co provides ghostwriting, editing, design, marketing, distribution, and author coaching services for manuscripts and publishing projects.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your project
- Provide timely feedback and materials as requested
- Pay fees according to agreed-upon schedule
- Maintain confidentiality of non-disclosure agreements
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Upon full payment, all manuscript intellectual property and copyright transfers completely to you. BookWriters.co retains no rights to the finished work. You may publish under your chosen name.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
BookWriters.co maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, manuscripts, and project details. Enterprise-grade NDAs protect all projects. Client identity and involvement remain confidential.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in project contracts. Typically: 50% upon project kickoff, 50% upon final manuscript delivery. Late payments may result in project delay or termination.
7. Revisions & Satisfaction
Revision rounds included in each service package. We revise until you're satisfied. If fundamental concerns emerge, we discuss solutions collaboratively.
8. Limitations of Liability
BookWriters.co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Fees paid are non-refundable except for work not yet completed.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration according to applicable state law.
11. Modifications to Terms
BookWriters.co may modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients.
